Storyboarding Final Assignment

Here are storyboards for a final project from a storytelling class I took a year ago. I had an awesome time creating the story and this project helped me decide to purse storyboarding as a career.

The assignment was to take 3 panels from a preexisting storyboard (Megan Nicole - http://sketchshark.blogspot.com/) and create our own story around those 3 panels.

Digital Painting Practice

This is my first attempt at digital painting! Thanks to Ctrl+Paint, I have improved tremendously. Here are some value studies.

Animations: Pinatas and Shapes

Here are some of the first animations that I had ever done.

This is a thirty second animation with an original story. I hope to revisit this project sometime.

 

This animation uses three geometric shapes to show a character going through a change in emotion. The emphasis is on timing and anticipation.

Finally, this one is a ten second animation character animation utilizing six shapes. I was inpsired by obstacle courses and platformer video games.
